Marsh Tit Poecile Palustris
This small mainly brown bird is difficult to split from the willow tit. The marsh tit has an unbroken black cap unlike the coal tit, The marsh tit has a glossy cap and a neater bib underneath the chin than the willow tit. In the field the easiest way is from the call of "pitchoo" which sounds like a sneeze. A intelligent bird that will hoard and hide seed for difficult times.
